Oberlin college loses $31 million defamation case

Oberlin College lost its appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court of a ruling that they must pay $31 million to a bakery who sued the school after accusations of racism against the owners. Justice Department sued for details on election worker abuse

A government watchdog sued the Justice Department for records of the task force charged with investigating threats against election workers. Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) wants to know how many tips the task force received and whether the cases are open or closed. Right to record police at stake in Arizona lawsuit
