Pennsylvania law muzzles doctors about health hazards from fracking

Pennsylvania has passed a “Medical Gag Rule” to prevent doctors from discussing the health dangers from fracking under the pretense that the discussions would violate trade secrets of the gas drilling companies. A doctor is suing on the grounds that the law violates his First Amendment rights. -db
