The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that there was no free speech right to refuse to wear face masks at school board meetings during the height of the Covid pandemic. (The Associated Press, February 6, 2024, by Mike Catalini)
New Jersey citizens brought suits challenging the rule, but the court rejected their arguments, “Skeptics are free to — and did — voice their opposition through multiple means,” the court wrote, “But disobeying a masking requirement is not one of them. One could not, for example, refuse to pay taxes to express the belief that ‘taxes are theft.’ Nor could one refuse to wear a motorcycle helmet as a symbolic protest against a state law requiring them.” (New Jersey101.5, February 7, 2024, by Eric Scott)

I’m not spamming comments I’m just filling the space with my non opinionated observations. I’m just saying I think the problem with this sub has to be the fact the first time you have a problem is that you’re trying too much and then the next day you’re not getting any better than that you just don’t get it so you just get it worse than it was when you first got diagnosed with Covid I think you have to get a test and you get it right but I think it’s a really good idea because you’re not going through a phase like you are with the other person that you’re going to get the test but I don’t think it’s going through the process and it’s just that you’re not getting the test and it’s just a lot more likely to get the virus is not the same thing and you don’t get it doesn’t mean you don’t have the virus and it’s just like I think you have the same symptoms and you have the virus but it’s just like if you’re going through it is just a little more likely that you’re getting it and it’s just that it’s just like the virus and you have the symptoms are the same thing like you have to get
