Judge to decide on whether to release grand jury findings on Epstein

The public may yet find out the details of the prosecutor’s weakening of his own case in 2006 against millionaire Jeffrey Epstein that allowed him to continue raping and trafficking underage girls for another 13 years. A Florida judge will decide if grand jury reports under law kept secret to promote jury independence can be released in accordance with part of a Florida law that allows it “in furtherance of justice.” (Palm Beach Post, June 28, by Molly Baltz)

The grand jury reports include audio recordings that may reveal whether the prosecutor presented all the evidence of Epstein’s sex trafficking. (ABC WPBF 25 News, June 26, 2023by Terri Parker)
