A superior court judge sided with the Voice of OC denying access to a public defender seeking unpublished photos taken during a July 24 riot in Anaheim by citizens denied entry to a city council meeting.
The judge cited the California Shield Law allowing journalists to maintain the confidentiality of unpublished information from news gathering. -db
