Federal judge dismisses libel case against Slate and Eliot Spitzer

Former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer did not commit libel in a Slate editorial about white color crimes, a federal judge ruled.

The judge said the article never referred specifically to the man who claimed he was libeled by the editorial. -db
