The Santa Clara Valley Water District held an emergency meeting to correct a two-word overrun in the wording of a ballot measure. The problem is that they did not post a public agenda in time.
Now the measure for a half-billion dollar tax measure is in jeopardy as citizens are demanding that they take it off the ballot. -db
