The hip-hop artist Pitbull is asking a New York federal judge to dismiss Lindsay Lohan’s suit over his mention of her name in a rap song. Lohan claims her publicity rights were infringed.
Pitbull says his song is protected by the First Amendment and cites a number of musicians who have mentioned celebrities in their songs. -db
