After getting flagged for excessive violations of the Brown Act, the state’s open meeting law, the Rio School District recommitted itself to doing a better job of complying with the law.
The board members heard a presentation from a local attorney, and the interim superintendent said on receiving a complaint from the community, he would do what he could to correct the problem. -db
