The 5th District Court of Appeals dismissed an open government suit by an open government advocate challenging closed lunch meetings held for morale-building purposes by the Tulare County Board of Supervisors.
The court said that there was no relief since the supervisors had stopped holding the meetings alleged to be violations of the state’s open meeting law, the Brown Act. -db
