A hacker group is establishing two WikiLeaks type websites providing ways for whistleblowers to publish information about corruption in business and government.
A statement on the website said it provides a safe way for local government or corporate employees to disclose sensitive information. The site will screen submissions to eliminate clues to the identities of whistleblowers and work with media to get information published. -db
