A federal judge has ordered federal immigration agencies to release what the court deemed “embarassing information’ regarding the ‘”Secure Communities” program. The National Day Labor Organizing Network and other groups filed a Freedom of Information Act request for records on the program and were denied access.
Immigrations authorities have been accused of seeking biometric identity cards, which include fingerprints, hair color and height. Many think the cards would be vulnerable to hackers and risk identity theft. Critics also said the authorities wanted to hide inconsistencies in their stance toward the Secure Communities program. -db

ALL illegal aliens are by definition, and fact, lawbreakers. To remove any and all of them from our country is what the law calls for, to save jobs,
the cost of welfare, and to preserve our culture. Illegal aliens can not
legally hold a job. If they do, they are forgers, thieves, and un-American.
We are a nation of laws, and do not want to become Mexico, where corruption, crime and extortion are tolerated, honored, and practiced at all levels.
We have the constitutional right, and duty, to protect ourselves. It does not matter, one bit, whether those caught up and deported by Secure Communities are murderers or rapists. The point is, that ALL illegals will
have to continue and compound their crimes, dishonesty, and the theft of what is not theirs. Argue the law, not some racist, politically crippled claptrap.
