Father of deceased UC Berkeley football player sues Daily Cal

The Daily Californian January 14, 2011 By True Shields The father of a former Cal football player is asking the Daily Californian to remove one article and two blog posts from its 2006 and 2007 archives written about his son’s fight at a San Francisco nightclub. The father filed a suit in a Fresno County small claims court saying the articles inflicted emotional distress. First amendment rights of Golden Gate protestors reaffirmed
