Federal agency chastises Quicken over its speech policies

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is reining in loan giant Quiken’s rules that restricts talking to the media and saying anything that would damage the company. Sacramento mayor files suit to stop public records claim

Federal appeals court upholds Ohio limits on soliciting campaign contributions

Ohio’s limits on the fundraising of state judges survived a challenge before the 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Utah university students win settlement in free speech battle

Dixie State University students were awarded $50,000 in damages and lawyer fees over an incident last March when university official imposed restrictions on the  distribution of flyers with disparaging likenesses of Che Guevera, George W. Bush and Barack Obama.
