The Editorial Board of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, November 2, 2022, urges the Biden administration to stop the practice to end the affront to “liberty and free speech.” The editorial acknowledges the dangers of fast-spreading lies on the internet, but argues that “the risks of censorship are even more perilous” and that “no free people can relinquish to the government that kind of authority or information monopoly.”
