Libel: Courts not always protective of online anonymity

Those damaging reputations online may not enjoy anonymity as indicated by several recent cases, writes Ken Paulson for the First Amendment Center. In one Washington case, a federal judge ordered a newspaper to reveal the name of an anonymous reader who posted that a political committee chairwoman stuffed a missing $10,000 in her blouse. -db
