Trump sues Washington Post for defamation

Defamation lawyer Camron Dowlatshahi said that Trump would have difficulty making the case the requires a showing of actual malice given that the claims in the Post article were based on multiple sources including a whistleblower. Dowlatshahi also said that the company itself is most likely not even worth a billion dollars so the amount of damages is grossly exaggerated. (Newsweek, May 23, 2023, by Ewan Palmer)
