Palin aftermath: Times v. Sullivan still on the burner

Law professor Eugene Volokh, Reason, February 15, 2022, writes that the U.S. Supreme Court is unlikely to take the Palin case to deal with Times v. Sullivan in that in the case New York law was used to instruct the jury, and the case itself, says Volokh, was “so politically laden.”
