‘The Interview’: Censorship prevails in withdrawal of film about North Korean leader

Theater chain owners are removing “The Interview” from their theaters concerned about the chance of terrorist attacks on their customers. Steve Kovach of Business Insider, December 17, 2014, believes the threat of the hackers to target the movie goers is credible so that the theaters are justified in pulling the movie.

In the meantime, Sony withdrew the film from circulation and attorney Alan Dershowitz condemned the move to take it out of theaters while not announcing immediately that it would be available online.
