Protester at air force base loses ruling in U.S. Supreme Court

The Supreme Court ruled that an activist could not protest on a highway passing through California’s Vandenberg Air Force Base. The Court did not address First Amendment issues in ruling that the base commanders maintained control of the property even when granting the public use by way of a road, school or bus stop.
