Journalist arrested after taking aerial photos of Kansas feedlot

A photographer working for the National Geographic is facing a trespassing change after taking aerial photos from a paraglider of a cattle feedlot in Kansas. The sheriff said his SUV was parked on private land. A number of states including Kansas have passed “ag-gag” laws making it a criminal offense to enter animal facilities to take photos.
