Google/Oracle judge asks parties to name paid writer advocates

In an unprecedented move, a judge has asked Google and Oracle to name any writer,  journalists or bloggers they have paid for comments on the copyright-infringement case over Android software. Legal experts doubt there are free speech issues since the order directs the parties rather than the writers. -db
