Google downgrades websites cited for alleged copyright infringements

Google has set a new policy to downgrade websites accused of copyright infringements.

Despite Google’s attempts to mitigate the effect by including an internal dispute mechanism, many are wary of injustices particularly when third party users put up infringing content on a website. -db
