Federal court says prison can ban Black Panther book

A federal appeals court ruled that prison officials did not violate an inmate’s First Amendment rights in confiscating a Black Panther book. A panel judge said the book containing the Panther’s Ten-Point plan advocated violence and could lead to disruption of the prison. -db
