Corporate free speech: Constitutionality of graphic warnings on cigarette packs may be decided by Supreme Court

The Washington, D.C. appeals court ruled that requiring graphic health warnings on cigarette packs violated the First Amendment.

The case will most likely go to the U.S. Supreme Court since another appeal court made a contradictory ruling in a similar case this year. -db
