Government allowed to pretend WikiLeaks classified cables still secret

Even though WikiLeads published the State Department classified cables, a federal judge ruled that the department could withhold the cables. The ACLU, who were given redacted versions of the cables, argued that the judge made the ruling without requiring the government to indicate what additional harm would come from re-releasing the information. -db
