Court victory for student photojournalist arrested during Occupy Wall Street protest

In one of the first Occupy Wall Street trials, a student photojournalist was acquitted on the evidence of a video that showed he was obeying the law.

When he was arrested, the student was ironically trying to cover the protest from the point of view of law enforcement. -db
