Missouri flag desecration law fails constitutional test

A federal judge ruled that the Missouri flag desecration law violates the First Amendment. The ruling came in the case of a man who cut up an American flag and throw it into the street.

The judge said the law was unconstitutional on its face and could not be enforced. -db
