Conservative activist and journalist James O’Keefe is suing Keith Olbermann for defamation for calling him a convicted felon on parole on a charge of interfering with a U.S. senator’s phone system.
The suit claims James Shuster also defamed O’Keefe by claiming he was facing a rape allegation. -db
