An agent for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration lost a ruling in federal appeals court when the court ruled that a video that went viral of his accidentally shooting himself during a public lecture did not violate the Privacy Act.
The agent claimed that the video was part of an investigation into the shooting and was private. -db
