In defending themselves from a Kardashian lawsuitover the use of a double in an ad mocking the Kardashian lifestyle, the Gap is contending that the Kardashians have no reputation left to protect, that they have already sought so much negative publicity that they are libel-proof.
The Kardashians are asking for $15-20 million in damages. -db
