A U.S. district judge will hear arguments on a challenge by the Sacramento Bee to the sealing of arguments in a legal dispute between the federal government and Sierra Pacific Industries over how a 2007 wildfire began and who should pay for the destruction.
Sierra Pacific disputes the contention that the fire was sparked by a bulldozer owned by one of their contractors. -db
