A federal judge ruled that a man accused of hypnotizing his employee and sexually molesting her could counter sue the employee for defamation.
The woman made a number of statements to ABCNews.com describing the hypnosis and sexual assault that her employer says were made with malice and reckless disregard for the truth. -db
