Cal Santa Barbara administration reverses ban on conservative speaker

Free speech prevailed as administrators at the University of California Santa Barbara reversed a decision by the student government to deny funding for a speech by conservative David Horowitz. The student body had refused a request for $2000 for Horowitz.

The College Republicans appealed the decision and the UCSB administration restored the funding. -db
