The Electronic Frontier Foundation is suing the government for records of who is on the Intelligence Oversight Board, the civilian board responsible for reviewing misconduct reports for federal intelligence agencies.
The suit is part of EFF’s ongoing investigation of intelligence violations as Congress considers changes to current oversight laws. -db
