Hotel maid accusing Strauss-Kahn of sexual assault says newspaper libeled her

The hotel maid who claimed that IMF  head Dominique Strauss-Kahn attacked her sued the New York Post for articles that said she was a prostitute, a hooker and traded sex for money at the hotel.

The complaint against the Post read, “…these statements are false, have subjected the plaintiff to humiliation, scorn and ridicule throughout the world by falsely portraying her as a prostitute or as a woman who trades her body for money and they constitute defamation and libel per se.”-db
