ACLU delegation in Puerto Rico finds police used excessive force against protestors

A delegation sponsored by the American Civil Liberties Union found that police were routinely using excessive force against students, journalists and union members during protests in Puerto Rico.

Students said that they had been beaten, sexually harassed or groped by police during protests over school fees and budget cuts. -db
