Free speech: Texas cheerleader wants Supreme Court to decide if required to cheer for abuser

A Texas high school cheerleader kicked off the squad for refusing to cheer for a player she said raped her has asked the Supreme Court to reinstate her suit against the school district. She is asking the Court to reverse federal court rulings that ordered her to reimburse the school district for over $45,000 in legal costs. Click here for the full story.  -db
