California Brown Act roundup: School district alleged to conduct business outside of public meeting

Two principals fired by Bassett Unified school district are suing for a list of grievances including Brown Act violations. A grand jury looking into alleged violations of the Brown Act determined that the Patterson City Council  failed to release details  in a timely manner of closed session negotiations concerning city properties.
