Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Strengthening Our Culture of Belonging

In the Summer of 2025, we launched a Culture of Belonging survey to listen to the voices of those we serve and strengthen our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Through honest feedback, we gained insight into lived experiences, organizational strengths, and opportunities to better support our community. This work is not about checking a box — it is about learning, accountability, and action. The insights gathered are directly informing our DEI priorities and shaping future strategies, programs, and services.
