    Can a majority of members of a body (city council) discuss the logistics (when and where) of scheduling a meeting, including the topic but no content, outside of an official meeting? My thought is yes because no information is exchanged, only the logistics.

    Recently, I attended a local school board meeting in which an "Amended" Agenda was made available for the public after the regular agenda had already been published. This "amended" agenda was made available less than 72 hours before the meeting. Is this procedure OK?

    A vendor is refusing to fulfill an order of artwork that parodies Trump because it includes the Twitter logo. Is the use of the Twitter logo for political parody protected by the First Amendment? If not how best should I proceed in persuading the vendor to print the artwork?
