The parents want their children exposed to ideas that the district thinks are harmful to children.

Penguin Random House joined in the lawsuit against the school district in Pensacola that alleged that the district violated the First Amendment in denying student access to multiple viewpoints and depriving authors of the chance to convey their ideas to intended audiences.
