Prior restraint:Trump administration sues to block Bolton memoir

the Trump administration is accusing former national security adviser John Bolton of foregoing a complete government review of his sensational memoir of his service in the White House. Attorney Bradley Moss called the Trump administration’s attempt a “clever but doomed effort to circumvent existing judicial case law restricting its authority to censor the media.” Moss noted that the media already has copies of the memoir. (The Guardian, June 17, 2020, byi Maanvi Singh)
