A Connecticut news service is suing the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department for arresting and prosecuting their photojournalist who filmed deputies beating a man.
The news service claims the Sheriff’s Department was trying intimidate the photojournalist to prevent him from testifying at the man’s trial. -db
