California: Stanislaus County mayors’ meetings challenged over compliance with open meeting law

An editorial in The Modesto Bee argues that even if the Stanislaus County’s mayors are not breaking the Brown Act, California’s open meeting law, in the interests of transparency and  public trust, they should post agendas and open the meetings to the public. -db
