A reporter has sued President Barack Obama saying that under the Homeland Battlefield Bill reporters simply doing their job could be thrown in jail without due process.
Signed into law last December 31, the bill authorizes the military to indefinitely detain without charge or trial anyone accused of supporting terrorists anywhere in the world. -db
