Daily newspaper at doorstep nearing extinction

Daily newspaper delivery will increasingly decline in 2012 according to Alan D. Mutter, a media consultant.

Mutter says that declining ad revenues have forced the newspaper industry to seek economies, but these opportunities are now depleted. One of the few options left is to cut doorstep delivery. -db
