Bachelor show suing man for soliciting contestants to breach confidentiality pledges

A man who runs a website realitysteve.com that publishes updates and spoilers on reality shows is faced with a federal lawsuit charging him with obtaining confidential information about the Bachelor series by contacting contestants and employees who have signed confidentiality contracts.

The man’s attorney says that the lawsuit is an “illegal slap action” infringing on the his First Amendment rights. -db
