Free speech: Wisconsin protesters challenge no-sign rule in state buildings

Protesters of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker’s anti-union stance claim that citations for bearing signs in state buildings are unconstitutional since the protesters did not obstruct pedestrians or pose a threat to property.

Violators of the state rule against signs and banners could be fined up to $500. -db
