Federal court: Massachusett town’s ban on billboard cigarette ads unconstitutional

Tobacco interests won a ruling in federal court that they have a constitutional right to run billboard ads advertising cigarettes in Worcester, Massachusetts. The town had passed an ordinance banning the ads.
